A background in programmatic and advertising operations would be an advantage – but mainly you need to be a high energy tech savvy people person.

Key requirements will be to work with Agencies to help them understand all the facets of your exchange to continuously innovate and maximize their campaign performance.

You will acquire an in depth knowledge of your technology capability and be constantly working to ensure that your inventory is being utilized to its full potential.
