This role is far from being ‘baby’, in fact, this agency needs a super buttoned down and strategic Group Account Director who can lead. Where the ‘baby’ comes in, is that this is a 1 year parental leave opportunity. You’ll  work across high profile accounts, lead an account team, and work closely with the Managing Director to meet the client expectations. You’ll also be no baby in delivering profits against set targets and leading pitches. You’ll manage and lead 5 account service people, as well as helping manage the wider agency when needed.
