This agency must have a developer who knows how to manage overseas projects, maintenance on websites (open source CMS and API), dedicated sever complete control and maintenance on cPanel accounts as well. IOS and Android knowledge is good but HTML, ccs, and Javascript is again a must. If you know about apps, this would be a real bonus as this agency have a few in development. Does this sound like a must?
