This Sales Manager position is for someone who prides themselves on being fit and healthy as well as being a pro at managing people in a fitness and wellbeing environment. You’ll not only be a people person with a mature attitude but very capable of teaching your team the ropes. This role isn’t all about generating new business, but motivating people to excel in their particular roles, implemented training for them and generally being the go-to mentor. You’ll also be good at running sales meetings, making sure the operating systems are running smoothly, supervising customer interactions, and establishing departmental goals.
