From a small start eight years ago, our client McKenzie & Co, is on a growth trajectory and requires an experienced all-rounder to drive the company’s marketing and branding efforts.

With multiple locations nationwide and a growing list of clients, the company is building a reputation for creating attractive, quality neighbourhoods and communities.

This is a sole charge marketing role and an integral part of the senior management team.


The role

Reporting to the CFO, you’ll take charge of branding and communications to support the company’s strategic goals and will heavily influence the internal culture. Developing thought leadership material with experts, executing campaigns and helping the team get a pitch over the line, is all in a day’s work.


What we need

You’ll have at least 8 year’s marketing experience, be results oriented, with strong drive and initiative. You’ll possess a strategic bent as well as being able to manage the detail. Experience in B2B and digital marketing plus skills in creating engaging content is critical. Confidence to present your ideas at a senior level and to guide non-marketers along the path, will be an important skill to have. Experience in the building industry would be an advantage.
