Marketing & Communications – Digital & Search Marketing

The Digital Manager role is to drive and deliver best in class digital media work for the designated client portfolio in collaboration with the wider agency media team. Involvement in the communications strategy development process and the ability to identify and manage creative and innovative digital initiatives is a fundamental part of the role.

This role will also provide leadership and development support to more junior team members and assists with the agency development in the digital space. 


 Core Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day account management of digital media and communication planning, buying, billing administration and implementation functions
  • Leads the development of digital media recommendations and sees them into delivery by guiding the work of the digital team members and supporting the wider account teams
  • Will have proven experience in the ability to develop and grow long term effective client relationships and drive digital account success
  • Develops an understanding of the systems planning framework and ensures it is followed throughout strategic development and implementation process across all media channels
  • Interprets relevant data sources to build insights that leads strategy and implementation thinking
  • Produces implementation recommendations ensuring creativity, accuracy and timely output across their client portfolio
  • Guides the implementation planning process and works with the wider team to ensure media plans deliver against any partner agreements (if applicable)
  • Presents new and innovative thinking to clients on a regular basis
  • Sets clear KPIs for campaign success across their brands/client portfolio
