The role

 Reporting to the Head of E-commerce and Digital, the key task is to own, manage and develop the digital marketing campaign strategy, activity and performance. With the assistance of two direct reports and a collaborative team of peers, you'll be in the driver's seat, continuously finding ways to convert new customers and build repeat business.

You’ll lead all digital marketing promotional activities across multiple channels including paid search, paid social, email, push notifications, native advertising, affiliates and more.

Leading the strategy and planning of paid search is a key part of this role, ensuring that ROAS and CPA targets are met. You’ll also manage platform and SEO agency relationships and lead the SEO strategy .

Who we need

Ideally you’ll need 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing roles in an e-commerce environment. Experience at running digital campaigns at scale is important. You’ll have a high level of commercial acumen, using data and insights to inform decisions and be able guide and develop a team of talented marketers.
