This media company is enjoying solid media growth having smashed its sales budgets every quarter. They are looking for an established senior Account Manager or a smart, ambitious up-and-comer to grow with the company.

Ideally you will already be in a media sales role, looking to build on your experience in a new channel, or in a media agency looking to move across to media owner side to further your experience. Digital planning experience will be a definite ‘plus’ although not a game-breaker.


You will be working with media agency counterparts and direct advertising clients, establishing great relationships that will drive revenue increases across the business.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow your agency sales patch
  • Develop key relationships at media agency and client level
  • Develop major proposals that drive revenue opportunities
  • Continued pursuit of improvement for the business
  • Continued self-development to ensure you are up to date with the market and industry.
  • Development and preparation of sales & marketing and ideas & opportunities
  • Identify and optimize revenue opportunities that are consistent with the strategic direction of the company
  • Develop tactical responses to client communication needs & business objectives that are clear saleable propositions
  • Generate activities across the business to underwrite the revenue targets/budgets
  • Management of key processes and disciplines.
  • Ongoing monitoring of workflow, relevant feedback and support to ensure optimum performance
  • Collaboration internally in day-to-day sales direction and maximization of revenue and achieving quarterly targets
  • Develop quarterly plans for achieving budgets through identifying key properties, available commercial content, new technology developments
  • Identify and implement opportunities for revenue growth utilizing assets
  • Negotiate and close deals
  • Proactively develop opportunities to attract new clients
