CHAMPION CREATIVITY
- With passion, creativity, drive and leadership, produce consistently excellent design ideas.
- Maintain a high standard of design, personally and within the team.
- Ensure a full understanding of the brief, brand and target audience.
- Conduct visual research and develop creative ideas that answer the brief.
- Display skill to turn ideas into visual expressions that best evoke the desired feeling or emotion.
- Push the boundaries of design solutions in line with current trends and global creative landscape, making sure these still    feel on-brand and deliver successfully to the brief.
- Expand ideas into brand world applications that bring the creative thinking to life. Build the agencies ‘Creative’ reputation in Auckland & Melbourne or Singapore.

CRAFTSMANSHIP
- Convert ideas to concepts and design solutions and select the most appropriate way to visualise and present them.
- Articulate the message behind the design solutions.
- Ensure all design elements are uniquely created in a high standard of excellence. Present design solutions both visually and verbally.
- Present both internally and externally.
- Develop, craft and implement design solutions across required applications. Support account service team to ensure project are running smoothly to schedule.
- Oversee external creative partners - copywriters, photographers, illustrators, lettering artists and others.

BUILD CULTURE
With the GM build the culture for the Auckland & Melbourne studio and build a cohesive team around that. Check in with the studio team regularly to understand their needs and nurture development.
