We're seeking a talented Account Manager to join the team at this major global media agency… a leading agency driving progressive change for its clients.

Position Summary:

As an Account Manager in the media team, you'll be the bridge between clients, the agency, and the market. You'll develop media recommendations and plans aligned with advertising and marketing strategies, implement and monitor their execution, conduct post-analysis, and provide forward recommendations based on campaign learnings. Your expertise in building strong internal and external relationships will ensure client and agency objectives are met, while also supporting day-to-day media administration functions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day client relationships across a client portfolio.
  • Manage and implement the media planning and buying process.
  • Prepare insightful media pre-and post-analysis documentation.
  • Analyse media research information and prepare media recommendations.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, media suppliers, and internal/external agency partners.
  • Support the progression of junior team members and actively participate in team collaboration.

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of media agency experience as a junior upcomer or intermediate level.
  • Hybrid on and offline experience a bonus.
  • Strong analytical and numerical reasoning skills.
  • Excellent client management skills with attention to detail.
  • Thorough understanding and experience with media software such as Pegasus, Arianna, Nielsen, etc.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Confidence in communicating with clients.
