As an Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our clients' campaigns, overseeing a talented team, and fostering strong client relationships. You'll have the opportunity to work with some of the world's most recognizable brands, shaping their media strategies and delivering impactful results.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of account managers and executives, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
  • Develop and implement innovative media strategies that align with clients' objectives and drive business growth.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, building and nurturing long-lasting relationships based on trust and mutual respect.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including media planners, investment team and analysts, to deliver integrated solutions that exceed client expectations.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.



  • 3+ years in a similar role within a media agency environment, or a Senior Account Manager wishing to move to the next level.
  • A strong track record of managing client accounts and leading successful campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of media planning, buying, and optimisation across various channels, including digital, traditional, and emerging platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals and deliver exceptional results.
  • A strategic mindset, coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and developments.
