Currently recruiting a Performance Manager (Paid Search & Social) who’s ready to take ownership of campaign strategy, execution, and optimisation across some of New Zealand’s most exciting brands.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, build and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads
• Deliver full-funnel media strategies that connect audiences with outcomes
• Set up and manage tracking via pixels, tags, and Google Tag Manager
• Optimise campaigns daily to achieve KPIs (conversions, ROAS, CPA)
• Analyse results through Google Analytics and platform data, turning numbers into actionable insights
• Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to identify growth opportunities
• Present updates and recommendations in client WIPs with clarity and confidence
• Balance multiple priorities with strong time management and attention to detail

What You’ll Bring

• 3–4 years’ hands-on experience managing Paid Search and Social campaigns
• Deep understanding of the Google Ads suite (Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Display)
• Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads
• Practical knowledge of tracking and conversion setup through GTM and pixels
• Familiarity with GA4 and performance reporting
• A sharp eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to self-manage under pressure
