The Role

As Planning Director, you’ll be the central force behind media planning and buying excellence. You’ll lead the strategic development of integrated media plans — across both online and offline channels — that push boundaries and deliver measurable results.

You’ll also guide and inspire your team, contribute to new business opportunities, and ensure every piece of work leaving the agency meets the highest standards of quality, innovation, and impact.

What You’ll Bring

• 6+ years’ experience in media planning, across digital and traditional channels
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire high performance in others
• Excellent strategic thinking and commercial acumen
• Proficiency in tools such as the Nielsen suite and Microsoft Office
• Solid understanding of data-driven media, analytics, and addressable audiences
• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
• A relevant tertiary qualification
