Our leading media agency requires a very special Strategist – someone who can determine thinking around audience, insight and customer understanding.

This is about connecting brands, media, experience, loyalty, commerce and data into a unified growth framework, delivering actionable business and marketing strategies that drive growth, improve customer journeys, loyalty ecosystems and overall CX engagement.

This includes defining customer acquisition, retention and advocacy opportunities, identifying emerging customer trends, behaviours and market shifts and translating those customer dynamics with data and research into strategic, workable recommendations.

This is a senior leadership role, requiring proven commercial acumen, working closely with the CEO, SLT and other key regional and internal analytic and technology specialist teams.
