Combining their skills as a recruiters, creative directors and tutors, Jeneal Rohrback and Clinton Ulyatt offer a free mentoring service to selected creative applicants who have the right talent, attitude and work ethic. Part creative boot camp, part finishing school, the two-month process includes a critique of the applicants’ portfolios, assigning new briefs and new work, and intensive mentoring to ensure their portfolios are up to scratch.
